1. What FaucetLoop is

FaucetLoop ("the Site") lets registered members earn small amounts of cryptocurrency by completing faucet claims, shortlink tasks, daily challenges, and admin-issued coupon codes, plus a referral commission on activity from users they refer. Rewards are valued in USD by the Site and paid out instantly, per claim, directly to the member's FaucetPay account in their chosen cryptocurrency. The Site does not hold a custodial balance or wallet for members — there is nothing to "withdraw" because nothing is held; each successful claim is itself the payout.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be able to form a binding contract in your country and meet any minimum age required by your local law.
  • An account is created automatically on your first login, using only an email address — there is no password. Anyone who authenticates with a given email gains access to that account, including its claim/dashboard/referral history. This cannot be used to redirect your funds: every reward is paid to the FaucetPay account tied to your registered email, never to whoever happens to be logged in, so an unauthorized login cannot result in your rewards being sent anywhere but your own FaucetPay account. What it can do is burn your daily claim limits, challenge progress, or a one-time coupon code on your behalf. Treat your email account's own security as the thing that protects your FaucetLoop account.
  • Your registered email cannot be changed through the Site. If you lose access to it, contact [email protected].
  • One account per person. The Site enforces one account per IP address and per device by default, and may require your email to already have a FaucetPay account. Creating multiple accounts to claim more than once, or to farm referral commissions, is a violation of these Terms (Section 5).

3. Rewards are not guaranteed and are not an investment

  • Reward amounts, claim intervals, daily limits, and which cryptocurrencies are enabled are all set by FaucetLoop and may change at any time without notice.
  • Faucet and shortlink rewards depend on a live market price lookup at the moment of claim; if that price feed is unavailable, the claim will fail safely rather than pay out an incorrect amount.
  • Nothing on this Site is an investment, a security, or a promise of future value. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and the Site makes no representation about what a reward will be worth later.
  • Challenges, coupons, and referral commissions are promotional features we may modify, pause, or discontinue at any time.

4. Payouts

  • Payouts are sent automatically through FaucetPay at the moment a claim, challenge, or coupon redemption succeeds, to the FaucetPay account tied to your registered email.
  • The Site is not responsible for a payout sent to the correct email address that you no longer control, or for delays, fees, or failures caused by FaucetPay or any blockchain network — those are third-party services outside our control.
  • If an external send genuinely fails, no claim is recorded against your account and you remain eligible to try again.

5. Acceptable use and anti-fraud measures

You agree not to:

  • Create more than one account, or use a VPN, proxy, or other method to bypass the one-account-per-IP/device rule;
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to claim, complete shortlinks, or solve captchas on your behalf;
  • Disable or circumvent required ad-blocker checks, captcha challenges, or other anti-abuse measures the Site presents before a claim;
  • Attempt to access another member's account, probe the Site's admin systems, or interfere with its normal operation.

To enforce this, the Site automatically checks your IP address for VPN/proxy/Tor use at login, requires a captcha before certain claims, may require disabling ad blockers to claim, and logs your IP address and a browser device fingerprint for fraud review. 6. Suspension, bans, and account status

  • We may suspend an account (blocking it, but freeing its IP/device for a new registration) or ban an account (blocking it and that IP/device from re-registering) for violating these Terms, including VPN/proxy use, multi-accounting, or abuse of the claim/referral/coupon systems.
  • A system-detected VPN/proxy match results in an automatic ban; all other enforcement is at our discretion.
  • A ban may be permanent or lifted automatically at a fixed daily time we configure; a suspension is lifted only by an admin.
  • We may terminate or restrict access to any account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, with or without notice.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost rewards, or losses arising from third-party services (payment providers, price feeds, captcha or fraud-detection providers, advertising networks) that the Site relies on or embeds. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country.

8. Disputes and governing law

We aim to resolve any dispute informally first — contact us at [email protected]. A specific governing law and dispute venue will be published here once finalized. FaucetLoop does not accept users from India, the United States, or Europe, so this clause will not name a jurisdiction we have no real connection to.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be announced on our official Telegram channel: https://t.me/faucetloopsupport.
