Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 31, 2026. Data controller: FaucetLoop (faucetloop.com). Contact / data requests: [email protected], or our Telegram support group: https://t.me/faucetloopsupport. Grievance officer: [email protected].
1. What we collect, and why
| Data | Why it's collected | Where it's used |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Sole login identifier; where payouts are sent | Account, FaucetPay payout |
| IP address | Fraud prevention: one-account-per-IP, VPN/proxy/Tor detection, suspicious-activity review | Registration, login, admin fraud review |
| Device fingerprint (browser-generated) | Fraud prevention: one-account-per-device | Registration, login |
| Claim, shortlink, challenge, coupon, and referral history | Operating the reward features; computing what you're owed | Shown on your dashboard; admin payout records |
| Referral code / referring user | Paying referral commissions correctly | Referral feature |
| Session cookie | Keeping you logged in | Every page while logged in |
| Last-active / registered-date timestamps | Account status, fraud review | Admin dashboard |
We do not ask for or store your name, physical address, phone number, or any government ID. We do not store payment credentials — FaucetPay holds those, not us.
2. Legal basis for processing
We process your data to perform the contract you enter by registering (running the faucet service you signed up for), and because we have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse (the IP and device checks described above). Non-essential cookies are processed only with your consent, collected through the Site's cookie banner before anything non-essential loads — see our Cookie Policy.
3. Who we share data with
- FaucetPay — your email and the claim amount, to send your reward.
- Captcha providers (Google reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, and/or Cloudflare Turnstile, depending on what's enabled) — standard bot-detection signals from your browser session.
- IP reputation providers (proxycheck.io, ip-api.com, or IPHub, depending on what's enabled) — your IP address only, to check for VPN/proxy/Tor use.
- Advertising networks — Adsterra, A-Ads, PopAds, CryptoCoinAds, CoinTraffic, BitMedia, and Coinzilla, whichever are active in the Site's ad slots. These set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies, available on each network's own website; FaucetLoop does not control what they collect.
- Hosting, server, and security infrastructure that any website necessarily runs on (server access logs, backups).
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
4. International transfer
Your data is processed on servers operated by our hosting provider and shared with the third parties listed above, each of which may process data in their own country of operation. FaucetLoop does not accept registrations from India, the United States, or Europe (EU/EEA/UK).
5. How long we keep it
- Account data (email, IP, device fingerprint, status) is kept while your account is active, and for up to 24 months after your last activity for fraud-review and legal purposes.
- Claim, payout, and referral history is financial record data and is kept for up to 3 years, for reconciliation and dispute purposes.
- Data is not kept indefinitely "just in case" — see Section 7 for how to ask for deletion.
6. Security
Passwords are not applicable — the Site is passwordless (see our Terms). Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies sent only over HTTPS. Admin access is separately protected with two-factor authentication and rate-limited login attempts. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every possible breach.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent (e.g. for non-essential cookies) at any time. To exercise any of these, contact [email protected]. Financial and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for a period even after a deletion request, as described in Section 5. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible, and within any timeframe required by law.
8. Children's data
FaucetLoop does not set a minimum registration age, since the Site involves no deposits, purchases, or payment information from users — only an email address and reward claims. If you believe a child has registered, contact [email protected] for removal.
9. Data breach notification
If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify affected users and, where legally required, the relevant regulator, as soon as reasonably possible and within any timeframe required by law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy; the effective date above will change, and material changes will be announced on our official Telegram channel.
